These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eregos platform, website, and application programming interfaces (APIs) (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Uncuni Technologies j.d.o.o. ("Uncuni", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
The Eregos Service
Eregos is a platform that analyzes publicly accessible websites and technical signals and provides informational outputs such as scores, indicators, classifications, and reports ("Eregos Data"). These outputs are designed to support research, monitoring, and decision-making, but they are not definitive assessments of safety, legality, trustworthiness, or compliance.
Eregos outputs are informational only and should not be treated as final, authoritative, or guaranteed conclusions.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations
Website and API Access
Website Use
You may access and use the Eregos website in accordance with these Terms. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the website is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us.
API Use
Use of the Eregos API is subject to these Terms and any additional documentation, usage limits, or technical requirements we provide.
You agree that you will not:
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or usage restrictions
- Share, resell, sublicense, or make the API available to unauthorized third parties
- Use the API in a way that degrades, disrupts, or interferes with the Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke API access at any time.
Responsible and Acceptable Use
You agree to use Eregos responsibly and ethically.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Services or Eregos Data to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate individuals or organizations
- Weaponize, misuse, or misrepresent Eregos Data against website owners or third parties
- Conduct or facilitate cyberattacks, exploitation, hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or surveillance
- Engage in blackmail, extortion, coercion, or reputational harm
- Create or distribute malware or other harmful code
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
No Weaponization or Enforcement Use
Eregos Data must not be presented as proof of wrongdoing, non-compliance, illegality, or insecurity. You may not use Eregos outputs to:
- Issue threats, takedown demands, or legal notices
- Claim definitive security failures or guarantees
- Pressure or coerce website operators
Eregos is not an enforcement, certification, or regulatory authority.
No Guarantees or Promises of Safety
You acknowledge and agree that:
- A high score, positive signal, or favorable classification does not guarantee safety, security, legality, or trustworthiness
- A low score or negative signal does not conclusively establish risk, wrongdoing, or insecurity
- Website conditions can change at any time
- Eregos analyses may be incomplete, outdated, or based on limited or inferred data
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and rely on Eregos Data.
No Professional or Legal Advice
The Services do not provide legal, security, compliance, or professional advice. You should not rely on Eregos Data as a substitute for independent evaluation, audits, or professional consultation.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, APIs, algorithms, scoring models, documentation, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Uncuni or its licensors.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted
- Use Uncuni trademarks without prior written consent
Data Accuracy and Availability
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Eregos Data will be complete, accurate, or current
- Any specific website outcome or result will be achieved
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use poses a security, legal, or reputational risk
- We are required to do so by law
Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncuni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or reliance on Eregos Data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uncuni, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your misuse or misrepresentation of Eregos Data
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.
